These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Loftly" mean Loftly. "You" means you, the person using the site.

1. WHO CAN BUY

You need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, to order from us.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell The Loft Pillow. We describe it as accurately as we can, including its size, its fill weights and what it is made of. Screens show colour differently, so the exact shade you receive may vary slightly from the photographs.

3. THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL PRODUCT

The Loft Pillow is bedding. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not claim it treats, cures or prevents any condition. If you have neck, back or sleep problems, please talk to a doctor. Do not use our product in place of medical care.

4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at the wrong price or with a wrong description, we may cancel your order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.

5. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, orders placed by resellers, or orders we cannot fulfil. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that there are funds behind it. We do not store your card details.

7. DELIVERY AND RISK

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our shipping policy has the full detail.

8. RETURNS

Our return and refund policy is part of these terms. Please read it.

9. WHAT IS OURS

The name Loftly, our logo, our photographs, our text and the design of this site belong to us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. ANYTHING YOU POST

If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to use it on our site, in our emails and in our advertising. Only send us content you made yourself and have the right to share. We may remove anything we consider offensive, false or unlawful.

11. THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it, or to attempt to get into any part of it you are not meant to see.

12. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them.

13. LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY

We provide this site and our products as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than what you paid us for the order the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. YOU COVER US

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

15. WHICH LAW APPLIES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts there.

16. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
