WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the United States.

WHAT IT COSTS

1 pillow: $5.95
2 or more pillows: free

The cost is calculated at checkout, so you always see it before you pay.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

We pack and ship your order in 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.

So most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. We would rather tell you that honestly up front than promise you 2 days and let you down.

TRACKING

You get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 72 hours after that email for the first scan to appear. A tracking number that has not updated yet does not mean your order is lost.

HOW IT ARRIVES

Your pillow ships vacuum packed in a compact box. Unroll it, shake it out, and give it a day on the bed to open up fully before you judge it. It will look flat and small when you first take it out. That is normal.

DELAYS

Carriers have bad weeks, especially around holidays. If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, email hello@getloftly.com and we will chase it down or send you a new one.

WRONG ADDRESS

Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you made a mistake with your address and we will fix it. Once an order ships we cannot change where it is going.
